WWII German WHW Troja Bronze

€ 3,00

This WWII German WHW Troja Bronze plastic tinnie set includes three molded badges showing ancient archaeological motifs. The National Socialist People’s Welfare (NSV) ran the Winterhilfswerk des Deutschen Volkes (WHW) as an annual fundraising campaign. Founded in 1933, the WHW funded many NSV activities. It grew into the second largest mass organization in Nazi Germany. Official policy called donations voluntary. However, German citizens faced intense social pressure to contribute. Street collectors gave small badges like these pins to donors as receipts.

Militaria & Day Badge Collectibles

Street level charity drives produced millions of small pins and badges featuring historical and archaeological themes. This WWII German WHW Troja Bronze set reproduces ancient Trojan bronze ornaments dated back to around 2000 BC. Each diamond-shaped piece features detailed plastic construction with faux-bronze patina highlights. The reverse side displays molded identification text alongside an attachment pin. Collectors value these original plastic badges for their distinct historic design and clear reverse text.
