About the item:
Very nice and in as good as mint condition Deutsche Wehrmach armband. This is the printed version.
About the armband:
Introduced by the Army Mobilization Order on March 12, 1937, the Deutsche Wehrmacht armband was designed to identify non-uniformed personnel serving with the German Armed Forces. Typically worn on the upper left sleeve, these armbands were used only while performing specific duties. As of October 1, 1941, regulations restricted their use to non-uniformed, non-combatant personnel. This piece reflects the evolving structure and identification practices within the Wehrmacht during WWII.
