About the item:

Nice and in good condition RKK (Reichskulturkammer or Reich Chamber of Culture) stick pin.

About the RKK:

On September 22, 1933, Joseph Goebbels, Reich Minister of Propaganda, founded the Reich Chamber of Culture (Reichskulturkammer, RKK). He created it as part of the Gleichschaltung process to control Germany’s cultural life. The RKK forced artists, musicians, writers, and filmmakers to join. This ensured their work reflected Nazi ideology.

Goebbels used the RKK to block rival influences, especially from Robert Ley’s German Labour Front (DAF). The agency promoted Aryan art that matched Nazi racial and political ideals. Through strict rules and censorship, the Nazi regime controlled artistic expression and eliminated dissent.
